I forget the name of the customer service representative who straightened out an inexplicable FED EX shipping problem, but I am very grateful to her. Regarding the product, I only spent $70 on it, and,surprise, I got a cheaply made $70 product. Main problems are the cheap "male" connectors on the main unit that allow the electrode wires to slip and intermittently disconnect the current: useless for walking around, travelling in car,etc.. The BioTENS 1 I was replacing had lasted five years before the connectors became worn and caused this problem; the BioTENS 2 lasted five minutes. So, I'm right back where I was pre-purchase...at least I know it's not the electrode wires...it's the connectors on the unit itself...you get what you pay for...sort of...
