The AirCast Airheel is the optimal choice for plantar fasciitis and achiles tendonitis and other Achilles injuries. By applying pulsating compression with every step which reduces swelling and enhances circulation you will have the confidence to resume your daily activities and take on your rehab. The Airheel brace is perfect for all activity levels, even swimming as it is waterproof ( latex-free, compression spandex with air cells ). The Airheel brace is equipped with interconnected aircells located under the foot arch and in the back of the Achilles tendon. When you take a step the first air chamber under the foot begins to collapse, reducing stress. The air is then forced into the chamber surrounding the Achilles tendon which then inflates, providing compression to the Achilles reducing strain on the tendon.

You will feel like you are getting a personal massage with every step due to the pulsating compression that minimizes swelling and enhances circulation. The aircells hold up to one thousand pounds of pressure, allowing you to run or jump. The lightweight breathable material makes the brace extremely comfortable to wear in any conditions and can be worn with or without a shoe. This brace can be worn on either the left or right foot.
