I highly recommend these inserts. I've tried many, for varying $, some eased my achy feet more than others. These were the most expensive, but by far the most effective. I am a chef, on my feet for extended periods. I am blessed with idiopathic neuropathy, balance issues, and crappy foot structure.

These insoles are hard to adjust to, the air bounces back and forth from front of foot to back of foot.  My shoes are now making a creeking sound that were not before as well.  I am not seeing any benefits from these insoles just yet.  We shall see.
