How do I return an item?

Return Policy:Shop-Orthopedics.com provides the highest quality products available and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process. We do not charge restocking fees*. In most instances we do not refund shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. All returns are shipped using UPS at our discounted negotiated rate. We cannot guarantee the sizing of an item. The sizing indicated on our website come directly from the manufacturer recommended sizing guidelines. Please make sure the sizing is correct before ordering your product. Due to manufacturer policies or FDA reasons beyond our control, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
All returns are subject to inspection and approval, additional fees may apply to returns that do not match the return reason. Return requests from outside of the United States cannot be honored.
We do not allow exchanges at this time. Please submit a return request and place a new order for the other item(s) you wish to receive. Your original order will be fully refunded once received back into our warehouse.
