Typographical Errors

Shipping Information
Shop-Orthopedics.com is committed to delivering your purchases quickly and efficiently. Our preferred shipping courier is UPS but there may be times where we ship using another carrier to save on time or money. Shop-Orthopedics.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or stolen through a third-party shipping company. In the event that your package does not arrive, please contact support@shop-orthopedics.com and we will assist in locating your package. However, if your packages are deemed lost or stolen by the third party shipping company, you must proceed through their service department to either locate or be reimbursed for the missing package.
Shop-Orthopedics.com will only fulfill orders in the United States and cannot ship overseas. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please double-check your "Ship To" information when placing an order. We will not refund your order or shipping charges for a wrong address on your part.
Free Shipping is for the continental USA only.
Prescriptions
Shop-Orthopedics.com may sell certain products that are not available without a prescription or recommendation from a licensed physician. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item which you do have a prescription for or you are a licensed medical reseller. Shop-Orthopedics.com is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by improper usage of any device sold on this website and we require proper documentation before your class 2 medical device can be shipped. Prescriptions not received within 5 Business Days are subject to cancellation and refunded in full.
