I've used the Ossur Game Day ankle brace for years, it provides good support and is comfortable to wear, though a bit of a chore to put on and also not very durable. So when it was replaced by the Form Fit I was eager to try it, but unfortunately, the added piece under the (formerly open)  heel makes it impossibly uncomfortable to wear.

I have emailed you regarding an exchange but have not received a reply.
