Delivery Zones
Shop-Orthopedics.com ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to PO Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is within our delivery area to avoid delays or cancellations.
Shipping Costs and Additional Charges
We offer free ground shipping for all items. There are no additional shipping fees for standard ground delivery within the United States.
If you would like to expedite your shipping, please contact our team at support@shop-orthopedics.com. We will be happy to check if your item is eligible for expedited shipping and provide you with available options.
Currently, customs duties or import taxes do not apply, as we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Time
- Same-Day Shipping: All items are shipped within the same business day.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time: Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
