Seems to be a Good or better product... Please read on... On receiving the product it ran much larger than expected. On visual appearance the product seems to be well built... but had to notify customer service to arrange an exchange for a brace that would fit. Talked with Valentina Coria in Customer Service and she was very helpful... emailing me a return label and stating... shop-orthopedics would send out a proper fit brace as soon as they received the return. according to tracking the returned brace reached your offices on 7/29/15 at 11:12am. I'm currently waiting to hear about when the replacement brace will or has shipped. My wife is still using a walker to take the strain of her knee! any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your help, Bob M
